ShekTech ("we," "us," or "our") built the Quick Riddles app as a Free game. This SERVICE is provided by ShekTech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to play our game.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with directly identifiable personal information (like your name or email). However, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, track crashes, or provide necessary backend services for cross-platform availability (iOS and Android).

Local Storage and Offline Access

Quick Riddles features optional offline access so you can solve puzzles on the go. Any data related to your progress, such as riddles you have marked as favorites or categories you have completed, is processed and saved locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store this localized gameplay data on external servers.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep Quick Riddles free for everyone to enjoy, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), and other technologies to collect data about your interactions with the app and other apps on your device in order to provide personalized advertising.

Tracking and Advertising Options (iOS & Android)

Depending on your device and location, you have choices regarding personalized advertising:

• iOS Users: Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, you will be prompted to grant permission before we can track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. You can change your preference at any time in your iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
• Android Users: You can opt out of personalized ads by navigating to your device's Settings > Google > Ads, and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID."
• EU/UK/EEA Users (GDPR): If you are located in a region governed by GDPR or similar data protection regulations, you will be presented with a consent form upon launching the app, allowing you to choose whether to accept personalized or non-personalized ads.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Service and for legitimate business purposes.

How to delete your data: Because your saved riddles and offline preferences are stored locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time simply by uninstalling the Quick Riddles app or clearing the app's cache and data in your device's system settings. Children's Privacy

While our riddle collection is fun for all ages, our Services do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

Log Data and Security

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new puzzle categories, features, or updates. As we continue to develop Quick Riddles, we may introduce optional features in the future, such as in-app purchases (e.g., the ability to remove ads or buy hint packs).
