Noesis is designed for deep thinkers and lifelong learners. To provide an uninterrupted, high-quality educational experience, our app is completely ad-free. We do not track you for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your learning data to third parties. Your course progress across Science, Philosophy, Math, and History remains private and secure.
ShekTech ("we," "us," or "our") built the Noesis app as a Premium/Freemium educational application. This SERVICE is provided by ShekTech and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app to engage with our courses, puzzles, and interactive modules.
Information Collection and Use
To provide you with a seamless learning experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as an email address if you choose to create an account to sync your course progress across multiple devices. We use this data exclusively to maintain your learning streaks, save your completed modules, and manage your subscription status.
The app utilizes standard third-party services that may collect basic diagnostic information (such as crash logs) to ensure the platform runs smoothly across all platforms.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Noesis offers premium content accessible via monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as one-time in-app purchases. All payments, billing, and subscription renewals are handled securely and directly by the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users).
We do not collect, process, or store any of your financial information, such as credit card numbers or banking details, on our servers. Your transaction history, active subscriptions, and payment details are governed entirely by the privacy policies and terms of service of Apple and Google.
An Ad-Free Experience
We believe that exploring complex topics in psychology, mathematics, and philosophy requires deep focus. Therefore, Noesis does not display third-party advertisements. We do not integrate ad-tracking SDKs, and we do not monitor your behavior to build advertising profiles.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data and course progress only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
How to delete your data: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your Noesis account and associated learning data at any time. You can delete your data directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email us at Abhishek.shektech@gmail.com with a data deletion request. Please note that deleting your Noesis account does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions; subscriptions must be canceled directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Children's Privacy
Noesis features rigorous educational content designed primarily for mature users, students, and adults. Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data from our servers.
Log Data and Security
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the app, we may collect data and information (through standard App Store and Google Play developer tools) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the time and date of your use, and other diagnostic statistics. We value your trust in providing us your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it; however, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new course categories, app features, or legal requirements. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
