ShekTech ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NeuroSprint mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Information Collection and Use

NeuroSprint is designed with a privacy-first approach. The core cognitive training engine processes and stores your game statistics, performance metrics, and streaks locally on your device. We collect limited information to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data & Game Statistics: Information such as your scores, difficulty levels, accuracy, and time trained. By default, this is stored locally on your device.
Advertising Data: If you opt-in to personalized advertising, our third-party advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Apple Advertising ID or Google Ad ID), IP address, and general location data to serve relevant ads.
Device Information: Diagnostic data such as your device model, operating system version, and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service may use third-party service providers to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Advertising (Google AdMob): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect data about your interactions with the app to serve personalized ads.
- iOS Users: On iOS 14.5 and later, we will only serve personalized ads if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your preference at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android Users: You can opt-out of personalized ads in your Android device's Settings > Google > Ads.
Firebase (Analytics & Backend): We use Firebase (provided by Google) for backend services, crash reporting, and analytics to understand how users interact with our app.
Apple Game Center / Google Play Games: We integrate with native platform gaming services for global leaderboards and achievements. Authentication and data handling for these features are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Because most of your game progress is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it.

Local Data: You can delete all your local game progress, scores, and statistics at any time by uninstalling the NeuroSprint app or clearing the app's data in your device settings.
Cloud Data (Leaderboards): If you have opted into global leaderboards via Game Center, Google Play Games, or Firebase, you may request the deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us directly using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
