ShekTech ("we," "us," or "our") built the Ezzy Quiz app as a Freemium game. This SERVICE is provided by ShekTech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

While using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with directly identifiable personal information (like your name or email) to play the core game. Game Save Data and Local Progress

Ezzy Quiz features offline play capabilities. Your game progression, high scores, completed puzzle categories, and accumulated coins are processed and saved locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store this localized gameplay data on external servers unless you explicitly utilize a cloud-save feature provided by your respective platform (e.g., Google Play Games or Apple Game Center).

In-App Purchases

Our app offers in-app purchases, such as buying extra coins to use for puzzle hints. All payments and transactions are handled securely and directly by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any of your financial information, such as credit card numbers or banking details. Your transaction history and payment details are governed entirely by the privacy policies of the respective app stores.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep Ezzy Quiz free for everyone, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), and other technologies to collect data about your interactions with the game and other apps on your device in order to provide personalized advertising.

Tracking and Advertising Options (iOS & Android)

Depending on your device and location, you have choices regarding personalized advertising:

• iOS Users: Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, you will be prompted to grant permission before we can track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. You can change your preference at any time in your iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
• Android Users: You can opt out of personalized ads by navigating to your device's Settings > Google > Ads, and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID."
• EU/UK/EEA Users (GDPR): If you are located in a region governed by GDPR or similar data protection regulations, you will be presented with a consent form upon launching the app, allowing you to choose whether to accept personalized or non-personalized ads.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Service and for legitimate business purposes.

How to delete your data: Because most gameplay data (such as puzzle progress and coins) is stored locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time by simply uninstalling the Ezzy Quiz app or clearing the app's data in your device settings. Children's Privacy

While Ezzy Quiz is designed to be family-friendly, our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

Log Data and Security

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the game, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
