ShekTech ("we," "us," or "our") built the Cosmic Merge app as a Freemium game. This SERVICE is provided by ShekTech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Game Save Data and Local Progress

Cosmic Merge features multiple difficulty modes, an exquisite evolution system, and the ability to save your progress in multiple slots. Your game progression, high scores, unlocked achievements, and accumulated power-ups (like Stardust) are processed and saved locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store this localized gameplay data on external servers unless you explicitly utilize a cloud-save feature provided by your respective platform (e.g., Google Play Games or Apple Game Center).

Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app to support ongoing development. AdMob may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), and other technologies to collect data about your interactions with the game and other apps on your device in order to provide personalized advertising. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's respective privacy settings and managing your ad preferences.

In-App Purchases

Cosmic Merge may offer in-app purchases (such as acquiring additional Stardust for power-ups or removing ads). All payments and transactions are handled securely and directly by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any of your financial information, such as credit card numbers or banking details. Your transaction history is governed by the privacy policies of the respective app stores.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error or crash in the game, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Service and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the game, making data-driven business decisions about new features, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

How to delete your data: Because most gameplay data (such as save slots and Stardust) is stored locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Cosmic Merge app or clearing the app's data in your device settings. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Tracking and Advertising Options (iOS & Android)

We use Google AdMob to provide ads. Depending on your device and location, you have choices regarding personalized advertising:

• iOS Users: Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, you will be prompted to grant permission before we can track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. You can change your preference at any time in your iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
